We have 2 Type V C and D Transfer Stations in Houston.
Where are the transfer stations located?
One site is located at 5200 Egbert Street, which is just North of I-10, and west of Downtown Houston in Midtown. The second site is located at 950 McCarty Street, which is very close to the Port of Houston and Anheuser-Busch Brewery at the intersection of I-10 and HWY 90.
What type of waste materials are allowed to be dumped at these sites?
These sites take dry construction and demolition waste from job sites. Mostly lumber, concrete brick, sheetrock, cardboard and scrap metal.
What type of waste is not allowed at these sites?
We do not accept tires, paint, food waste, or any type of wet waste. Also all chemicals and hazardous materials are not allowed.
Are these sites open to the public?
Yes, the public is allowed to use both sites. We will accept pick-up trucks, or trailers all the way up to a 40 cubic yard roll-off container.
What are the operating hours of these sites?

Why would a third-party hauler want to use your disposal sites?
Both sites are easy access in and out. There are not any long lines that may occur at a MSW landfills. In addition our sites are 100% paved concrete. There is no mud and dirt and the drivers can get in and out of our site in 7 to 10 minutes 6 days per week. The price they pay at the gate is a tremendous value compared to an MSW Landfill.
